Product Ordering/Delivery

Our product ordering service handles purchase requests for instruments, reagents, accessories, and service contracts.

Instrument Support

Our support team is made up of highly-skilled engineers and application specialists who can help your laboratory with MosaiQ installation, preventative maintenance and technical support either on-site or remotely.

Application Support

Our application support team of technical staff can provide on-site support for routine and non-routine activities.

Training and Education
